- Original Packaging: The jewellery must be returned with its original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, certificates, or other materials.
2. Return Process

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and whether you would prefer a store credit or an exchange for a product of equal value.
- Return Shipping: We will arrange a pickup of the jewellery at no cost to you. You do not need to pay for return shipping or drop off the package at a courier. Our team will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient pickup time.
- Condition Analysis: Once we receive the returned jewellery, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in Section 1. Please note that the processing of your return or exchange will only begin after this inspection is completed. If the item does not meet our quality standards, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange.

3. Store Credit and Exchange Policy
