Welcome to Yaani Fashion, an online store exclusively offering jewellery for men. By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). Please review these Terms carefully together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use this website.

1. General Conditions

1.1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, you agree to the Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and all other policies posted on the website. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.

1.2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date and will apply prospectively to orders placed after the amended Terms are published. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.


2. Eligibility

2.1. Age Requirement

By using this site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and you may not allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

2.2. User Account

To make purchases, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.


3. Products and Services

3.1. Product Descriptions

We attempt to display products and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors, finishes, or details will appear precisely as seen on your screen. Minor variations inherent to handcrafted jewellery (including small differences in colour, finish, or form) are natural and are not considered defects. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3.2. Pricing and Availability

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, or discontinuation.

3.3. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order, we will notify you via email and issue any necessary refunds in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.


4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India through our trusted third-party logistics partners. We do not currently offer international shipping.

4.2. Shipping Charges

Shipping is provided free of charge on all orders with a value of ₹1,499 or more. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable to orders below ₹1,499. The applicable shipping fee, if any, will be displayed at checkout prior to confirmation of your order.

4.3. Order Processing and Delivery Timelines

Orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days following confirmation of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Subject to clause 4.6 (Force Majeure), estimated delivery timelines following dispatch are three (3) to five (5) business days for metro cities and seven (7) to ten (10) business days for non-metro and remote locations. These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4.4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details for your shipment.

4.5. Risk and Title

Risk of loss of, and damage to, the Products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. Title to the Products passes to you upon dispatch, subject to receipt of full payment.

4.6. Force Majeure / Delays

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, governmental restrictions, or actions of our logistics partners. In the event of a delay, we will use reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

4.7. Incorrect Address, Missed Pickup or Refused Delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a Product is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges (at actuals) will be payable by you before re-dispatch.

4.8. Lost or Damaged-in-Transit Products

If a Product is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@yaanifashion.com or via WhatsApp at +91 99208 64450 within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled or actual delivery date. We will investigate with our logistics partner and, depending on the outcome, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy and applicable law.

4.9. Change of Shipping Address

A request to change the shipping address must be made promptly after placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the shipping address cannot be accommodated.


5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

5.1. General

We offer exchanges as the primary remedy and do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Refunds will be provided only in the case of damaged, defective, or non-delivered Products in accordance with clause 5.6 and applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

5.2. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, you must initiate the request within three (3) days of the date of delivery, and the Product must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange where the Product shows signs of wear, scratches, dents, missing parts, or external modifications.

5.3. Procedure

To initiate an exchange, contact us at contact@yaanifashion.com or via WhatsApp at +91 99208 64450, providing your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will arrange a pickup of the Product from your address. A shipping fee of ₹125 will be charged for pickups in respect of change-of-mind exchanges. No shipping fee will be charged for the return of defective or damaged Products. Upon receipt, we will inspect the Product within three (3) to five (5) business days, and the exchange will be processed only after inspection is satisfactorily completed.

5.4. Exchange Options

Where an exchange is approved, you may select the same Product or a different Product of equal or higher value (with you paying the difference). Store credits, partial exchanges, and exchanges for Products of lesser value are not offered.

5.5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for change-of-mind exchanges: custom or personalised items; Products purchased during sales or clearance events; Products purchased using discount codes; and gift cards. This exclusion does not apply where the Product is defective, damaged, or otherwise non-conforming.

5.6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please notify us at contact@yaanifashion.com or via WhatsApp at +91 99208 64450 within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, with photographs and a description of the defect. We will arrange a pickup at no cost to you and, following inspection, will offer a replacement of the same Product. If you do not wish to receive a replacement, or if a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund of the price paid for the affected Product to your original method of payment. Minor variations inherent to handcrafted jewellery are not defects.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
