Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges as our primary remedy and do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange. Refunds are available in specific cases, such as damaged, defective, or non-delivered products - see below.
It must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging included. We won’t be able to accept it if there are scratches, dents, missing parts, or any modifications done externally.
Email us at contact@yaanifashion.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 99208 64450 within 3 days of receiving your order. Share your order number, the issue, and let us know that you’d like an exchange. We’ll take it from there.
No. We’ll arrange a pickup from your location. A shipping fee of ₹125 is charged for change-of-mind exchanges. There’s no shipping charge for returns of damaged or defective products.
Once we receive the piece, our team inspects it within 3 - 5 business days. The exchange is processed only after inspection is cleared.
You can exchange for the exact same piece or a different product of equal or higher value (you’ll pay the difference). We don’t offer store credits, partial exchanges, or exchanges for products of a value less than the original product.
Custom or personalised pieces, items bought during sales or clearance, items bought with discount codes, and gift cards. This exclusion doesn’t apply if the item arrives damaged or defective - those are always covered.
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@yaanifashion.com or via WhatsApp at +91 99208 64450, with photos and a brief description. We’ll arrange a free pickup, inspect the piece, and offer you a replacement of the same product. If you’d prefer not to take a replacement, or if one isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Note that minor imperfections and color variations natural to handcrafted jewelry aren’t treated as defects.
Shipping
Yes, we ship across India through our third-party logistics partners. We do not currently ship internationally.
Free shipping on all orders of ₹1,499 or more. Orders below ₹1,499 have a flat ₹99 delivery fee. The exact charge will show at checkout before you pay.
All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Metro cities: 3 - 5 business days after dispatch. Non-metro or remote locations: 7–10 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Delays caused by events outside our reasonable control - such as natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions - can happen, and we won’t be liable for them. We’ll keep you informed if anything comes up.
If a package comes back to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we’ll reach out to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges (at actuals) will be payable by you before re-dispatch.

Contact us right away and we’ll try our best. Once the order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to make changes.
